Kobe beef and Wagyu beef is expensive, partly because the only place you can truly is the region Wagyu Kobe in Japan. Although the Japanese in a different area led to the breeding Wagyu cattle are still with the slaughter of Kobe, a mystery remains on, how it is done back.
